We hope you love your new Neo G purchase. But if you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us in its original packaging, boxed and undamaged.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where possible. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any worn, used or damaged products. Our money back guarantees cover unused items only.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any footwear products once these have been worn, with the exception of faulty items.
Returning your product couldn’t be easier. All deliveries include a pre-printed Return Form that you will find in your original package.
Simply follow the instructions on the Return Form and post this back to us as detailed below. We’ll then be in touch to confirm your refund or arrange an exchange.

Free UK Standard Delivery
When buying through the Neo G website standard delivery to any UK mainland address is completely free. For all orders placed before 1:30 PM Monday to Friday:
- Standard Delivery is free of charge and is expected within 3-5 working days.
Various shipping options are also available including:
- Royal Mail First Class Delivery - cost is £2 and is expected within 1-2 working days.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery – cost is £6. Orders must be placed before 11am and are expected the next working day.
- International Delivery - charges are detailed at the point of website checkout. Costs vary depending on destination and product size. Please contact the customer service team if further advice is required.
Orders placed after 1:30 PM Monday to Friday (or at the weekend and Bank Holidays) will be shipped the next working day.
