The final month of the year is here! Although you don’t necessarily have to curb the treats this month, stocking up on a couple of vitamins can help to supply your body with the extra nutrition it needs. Taking a daily multivitamin can provide you with a range of vital nutrients which you might be lacking at this time of year - especially Vitamin D as the days are getting shorter and the sun is showing itself less and less!

Not only moisturising but also choosing the correct moisturiser for your skin is vital, especially during winter. The first step is to figure out your skin type; normal, oily, combination, dry or sensitive. It is a total misconception that only people with dry skin need to moisturise, however – it should be a fundamental step in everyone’s daily routine. For some, Christmas shopping is something to dread and for others, it’s a personal challenge to shop ‘til you drop!
