The compression promotes efficient oedema reduction in addition to helping accelerate rehabilitation. The Gel patches are removable and can be refrigerated ( do not freeze) for the treatment of swelling of soft tissue and tendons. Always consult a physician Wrap around affected area and only tighten until comfortable; Do not restrict blood-flow Never wear overnight or while asleep This product is CE approved & MHRA (Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) UK registered INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Loosen all Velcro fasteners and slip toes and foot through opening until the arch of your foot is pressed against the stirrup. Tighten the 2 velcro straps around the ankle until comfortable. Then tighten or loosen the Velcro straps that adjust the stirrup until comfortable.
