At Neo G we are dedicated to giving you a pleasant, efficient and secure shopping experience.
Your Information
Card details: we do not store your credit/debit card details and all card transactions are done through globally recognized secure third party providers such a PayPal and Cardsave, whom are able to deliver the most up-to-the-minute online security.
Passwords: if you forget your password you can only retrieve it yourself by putting your email address into the Forgotten Password box and it will be emailed to your unique email address. You also have the option to change your password at any time by going to the ‘View Your Account’ > ‘Change My Password’ section.
Data: Neo G do not currently have any arrangements with third parties to disclose any of your details and we will not pass any of your details on.
Mailings: our mailing list is double opt in, in accordance with EU regulations and our communications and any newsletters all contain a one click opt out option.
Account Information: by going to the ‘View Your Account’ section at the store homepage you can change your details, add additional addresses or view your previous orders at any time.
Personal data security
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
All electronic transactions you make to or receive from us will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
Amendments to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.
Your Rights
You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00). You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email to (admin@neo-g.co.uk) at any time. (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes).

Delivery Policy
All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the address instructed by The Customer. The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined in the details of delivery charges in The Company's current price list, or on the web site. Although guidelines have been provided, specific times and dates for delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever caused by non-delivery or delay in delivery. Neo G require a 14 working days waiting period before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Dispatching your Goods
Neo G's opening hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and our sales team will be happy to deal with any queries you might have during these times (Tel: 01423 507 309). Any orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched as soon as we receive the order confirmation (on our online system), providing that all goods are in stock and all details are correct (including any delivery, invoice and payment details). All orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be automatically dispatched the following day. For any order placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend period, goods will be dispatched on the following Monday morning, providing that all goods are in stock and all details are correct (including any delivery, invoice and payment details).
Delivery Methods, Times & Charges
Neo G use various delivery methods, dependent upon the weight of the parcel. These methods include 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail, through to express recorded delivery and courier delivery services. Whether over the phone or online, Neo G offers complimentary standard delivery which is done via Recorded 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery. It usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Neo G cannot process claims for loss of goods until 14 working days (3 weeks) have passed. If the standard tracked or recorded (signature required) service has been used and the item is stated as delivered we may not be able to replace goods unless a full investigation shows the items have been stolen in transit or on delivery. A crime number may be required.
Alternatively, for a quicker delivery you can have your items sent via the next day service. If you wish to take this option, you can place your order over the telephone or online using the Express (next day) delivery option (signature required), where a minimum delivery charge of £5.00 will be added to your order.
Handling and Delivery Charges for Medical/Trade Accounts
- 20 pieces or more for free delivery within mainland UK, per order
- 3-19 pieces, £9.00 per order within mainland UK
- 1-2 pieces, £5.00 per order within mainland UK
- Deliveries outside the UK – delivery charges will depend on weight, dimensions and destination
Customers should note that all delivery times stated are provided on a guideline basis only and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping outside the UK
Neo G mainly uses Royal Mail for delivery outside the UK. Royal Mail do pass items onto their worldwide counterparts to complete delivery at the destination so we cannot guarantee the service once it has left the UK. We use 2 methods which can both be tracked:
- ISF (International Signed For) - signature required
- Airsure – no signature required
These 2 methods incur an additional charge on top of the product cost of either £6.50 (within the European Union) or £8.00 (Rest of the World) depending on the delivery destination.
Please allow 20 working days (4 weeks) for items to arrive at European destinations and 25 working days (5 weeks) for the rest of the world, we cannot accept a claim until after that time.
