The Neo G™ Hand Rehab/Therapy Silicone Ball is made of medical grade silicone and is a one-size device that is available in three different resistances to promote progressive strengthening, increased function, grip and mobility in the hand, wrist and forearm. It can be used to strengthen the hand, fingers and forearm muscles after an operation or for users who need to strengthen muscles to increase function and range of movement and flexibility. It can be used for arthritis suffers as well as being a great stress reduction tool. Regular use can resolve swelling during the later stages of wrist, elbow or shoulder injury where muscles may have wasted away due to disuse.

The level of exercise can be graded depending on the resistance of the Hand Therapy Ball. Typically you would start with the ball with the least resistance and work your way up as and when you feel comfortable/stronger. For example, the soft green silicone ball has a slower recovery (to original shape) and is used to exercise individual fingers and thumbs.
