The Neo G™ Anti Rotation AFO (Ankle Foot Orthosis) Foot Guard is designed to position the foot in the correct anatomical alignment. It helps to correct excessive external and internal rotation and over pronation and supination at the ankle joint. It provides control of foot posture during resting which helps reduce muscle spasm and cramp in the plantar fascia and calf during rest. Immobilising the ankle and foot at rest may be useful in the case of sprains and fracture rehabilitation by eliminating excessive movement and stabilising the ankle during rest.
