Product description

The Neo G™ Kids Philadelphia Collar with Plastazote has been specifically designed for the younger wearer to provide fully rigid support to immobilise the neck following injury and trauma. Especially useful following surgery and in rehabilitation, the collar also has an opening to allow tracheal access. The molded structure places the cervical spine in sight extension, allowing maximum relief for flexion injuries, promoting correct cervical posture and alignment. This collar allows cervical musculature to rest and recover by reducing movement at the neck and ensuring muscles and tendons are not overstrained. It extends from the chin to the mid sternum, relieving some of the gravitational pressure caused by the weight of the head on the neck.
