1. Position the massage insert, if needed, at back of the support
2. Position the bottom of the support at the top of buttocks and fasten
3. Grasp smaller straps at each side of the large support in each hand, pull each at the same time and tighten until firm but comfortable then fasten
4. Ensure the support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted
