The Neo G™ Laced Ankle Support is designed to help prevent ankle injuries in ankles weakened by repetitive injury whilst allowing normal range of motion. Made from non-stretch cotton that molds to the ankle and foot, it also features flexible stay to help stabilize and reinforce the mobile ankle. This support features a figure of 8 elastic strap for enhanced compression. The open heel design avoids repeated irritation to the Achilles' tendon. The customizable structure is ideal for rehabilitation and recovery, as compression can be gradually reduced to allow a steady return to full range of movement as muscles, tendons and ligaments to gradually strengthen.

1. Slip toes and ball of foot through opening and tighten and tie laces until comfortable
2. Wrap long elastic strap in figure of 8 over and under foot and around the ankle, tighten until firm but comfortable and fasten hook and loop tab
3. Ensure the support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted
