The Neo G™ Adjusta-fit Hinged Open Knee Support is a heat therapy variable compression brace with an Embedded Flexion Hinge System to allow restricted flexion and extension within an adjustable prescribed range of motion. Featuring adjustable twin-geared hinges and extension stops, each have four settings that can be adjusted for optimum fit and movement between 0°-110°. This reduces over strain of the muscles, tendons and ligaments involved in flexing an extending the knee joint, particularly useful in acute injury or instability. Controlling movement in this way is beneficial in arthritic and meniscus pain as it reduces weight bearing pressure at the joint during movement.

1. Remove the flexion hinge gear pins from the support and fit the support wrap around the knee
2. Position support over the affected knee
3. Apply the Flexion hinges into the correct position using the fastening sleeves (range 0°- 110°)
4. Wrap the four compression straps around the flexion gear until firm
5. Secure support with straps to ensure support stays in place
6. Ensure the support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted
